the entry perch for your hens to enter which is needed when hanging
your box up off the ground. The boxes are constructed of 3/4" thick veneer
core plywood. Please make note that this is not exterior plywood and
should be painted "if" they will get wet or you live in high
humidity areas. These boxes are NOT going to fall apart! The boxes are
nailed, glued & screwed together.... The entry perch is constructed
of 2x2 wood and all edges have been addressed so that its easy on your
hens feet.

As you can see
from the pictures, you can set them side by side and/or stack them. This
box also offers a 3 1/4" front lip for you to add the recommended
2" of hay/straw in the bottom of the box to properly protect your
eggs.
